Bird-Dog Commision Structure

All commissions are paid upon a successful closing. A Bird-Dog can find over 5 deals per month with the tools provided.  We use Privy, BILTCRM EZLOI, and multiple other free softwares to collect deals.

Acquisitions Commision Structure

Acquisitions can be stacked with Bird-Dogging.  You can qualify for both commisions. 

Level 1 Acquisitions

  • 20% share in the deal
  • Getting started and learning
  • Access to support staff

Level 2 Acquisitions

  • 25% share in the deal
  • Getting started and learning
  • Access to support staff

Level 3 Acquisitions

  • 30% share in the deal
  • Getting started and learning
  • Access to support staff
